Autumn Workshop in Provence

Wlady and Shannon Grochowski are the owners of La Chatelaine Chocolat Co. Bozeman, Montana. Our shop has been featured in national magazines, such as Victoria Magazine and Food & Wine. Wlady is a native Parisien and American Shannon recently became a dual French Citizen. We’ve spent every summer in France with our children and we actually lived in this village last year, while our two youngest boys attended the local lycee to improve their French.



We're delighted to offer another chocolate & French dessert workshop in France this Fall, October 10th through 15th 2017.

We will stay in a quiet medieval village in the south of France, spending our days discovering & exploring this idyllic region. We will enjoy incredible wine, Provencale food, the Autumn colors of the nearby vineyards. You will learn hands-on how to make a box of chocolates to take home and share, as well as how to make French desserts.

Our Chocolate in Provence Workshop includes the following:

to learn

We'll share & teach you our secrets for creating extraordinary chocolates.
You'll make your very own box of chocolates from ingredients that we've sourced locally;
You'll also learn how to bake classic French tartlets from scratch.
You will receive all of the recipes, as well as tips.
A wee bit of French language to use at the market and in restaurants. We approach food styling for great photographs for your loved ones back home.
